The first Mega housing project in Goa was opposed by the Villagers of Carmona and the Villagers appointed Mr. Blair Rodrigues as President under the banner of Carmona Villagers Committee to oppose the project and to revoke the licenses and finally to knock the door of Justice and succeeded in revoking the licenses of Mega housing project. If the project was allowed, we would have become minority in our own Village. Thereafter the protests continued in other Villages.

Mr. Blair Rodrigues a simple hard working person have held various responsible positions in various organisations and guided them to conduct the various activities.
